4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

The payment methods currently accepted at f111c are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Your identity must be fully verified before you can submit a withdrawal request.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳10,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = you must wager ৳30,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within the time period set by f111c.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 Promotional Offers

f111c may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms, which will apply alongside the general terms and conditions. f111c reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

The f111c VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.7%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.0%). You can move up to a higher tier based on your regular gaming activity.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Technical Issues
